Worldwide shipping within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of order. We will send you a DHL shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on your way.

For all deliveries outside of Germany import duties (fees, import duties) may be levied, which are determined by the destination country. They are charged as soon as your package has reached your country. ARES CHANTIER cannot predict what your dues will be. It is best to find out about this at the customs office in your country and state the value of the goods.

RETURN
If you wish to return an item or your entire order, please send an email to info@areschantier.com or use the contact form. We will help you as soon as possible.

Returns are free within Germany.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase is more than 14 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

When we received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform You of the approval or rejection of the refund.

ARES CHANTIER does not assume any costs for returns outside of Germany.
